These tips can make the challenging and time-consuming work of matching sealant beads faster and easier. The tips are designed to be paired with the 3M OEM Match Sprayable Air Supply Kit to easily convert some traditional applicator guns to spray material. Used with a properly configured applicator, the tips are capable of spraying a variety of seam sealer chemistries and viscosities. The tip features a threaded connector for cartridges.
OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer. Replicating the robotically applied seam sealer can be challenging and time-consuming. The 3M OEM Match Sprayable Seam sealer tips make such work faster and easier.
