The Story
Optex Super Build 4:1 is a two-component hybrid polyester epoxy primer surfacer with a patent-pending built-in guide coat that provides exceptional filling, patented 4:1 mix ratio technology, passes 500 hours salt spray tests (ASTM B117).
The built-in guide coat sprays on as a baby pink colour, and turns a light grey when it is sanded. Ensure to sand off all colouration for the best finish post-results.

Compatible with waterborne paint systems and VOC-compliant. All substrates must be properly sanded and cleaned prior to primer application for optimum performance. Suitable substrates are steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, fiberglass, SMC, body filler or putty, METTON®, and rigid plastics. All substrates must be properly prepared prior to primer application.
