TEROSON EP 5010 TR is a two-part epoxy adhesive, with Part A in dark grey and Part B in white or light grey. It is specifically designed for rebuilding metal surfaces, such as vehicle shells or car bodies made of steel or aluminium. Typically used as a lead-free alternative to tin solder, it fills and smooths out damage.
This adhesive is perfect for final modelling of pulled dents in hard-to-reach areas or welded joints. Does not contain isocyanates, silicones or lead. Does not shrink or sag. It is excellent for grinding and has good reshaping properties. Its easy application saves time, as it eliminates the need to remove airbags, plastic components, fabrics and the fuel tank or inlet.
The mixed compound has a ~90 minute processing time (23℃ / 73℉, 50% rh). Full cure occurs at room temperature in 24 hours; curing can be accelerated via infrared heat at 60℃ (140℉) for one hour. For application, please use a pneumatic or manual, dual cartridge dispenser. Before application, surface pretreatment with TEROSON VR 10 is recommended.
